  • Must possess positive people skills

  • Communicates in an attentive and respectful manner

  • Obtains vital signs, health history, updates medication lists and records in the EHR.

  • Provides education, documents accurately within the HER.

  • Provides a comfortable, safe, and private environment for patients.

  • Returns patient phone calls

  • Obtains pre-authorizations as needed.

  • Demonstrates professionalism and assists fellow team members.

  • Ability to administer a variety of treatments, maintain quality control standards, and adhere to the current standards for PPE, and environmental sanitation.

  • Must have current active Certification or License / BLS certification or ability to obtain.
