Dr. Sun has always been inspired by intricate renal physiology and pathogenesis of renal disorders which is why she pursued her medical career in Nephrology. Nothing gives Dr. Sun more gratification than bringing change and healing to the lives of people who suffer from chronic kidney disease. She works hard to improve the quality of life for not only her clinic patients, but also for her dialysis patients. One of her favorite quotes is from Robert Frost that reads: “The woods are lovely, dark, and deep but I have promises to keep and miles to go, before I sleep.” Dr. Sun wants to be known and remembered for her compassion and dedication, rather than for her long name.
Dr. Sun attended the Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences and Research. She attended Mercy Catholic Medical Centers Internship Program prior to her acceptance at Baystate Medical Center for her Internal Medicine Residency as well as her Nephrology Fellowship. Dr. Sun has been practicing since 2018 and she will be seeing patients at both of our office locations.
